Steve replaced three water pipes on the outside of my house. He was very reliable, hardworking and friendly. He came punctually the same day to look at the job and did the work a few days later. The finished result looks excellent, and the price was good. He cleaned up afterwards and even put the rubbish in the correct bins.

Steve has just laid a patio at our property in Yorkshire Stone having previously cleared and prepared the area. This is the first time he has done any work for me and I can highly recommend him and would have no hesitation using him again. From the first point of contact he proved to be very efficient and reliable. He arrived promptly every day and grafted extremely hard. His workmanship was excellent, and the end product looks fantastic. He is a perfectionist and prides himself on doing the job as well as he can.

We’ve had Steve come to our house numerous times since we’ve moved and he has always been approachable, friendly and hardworking.

He recently redid our whole bathroom and transformed it from a run down dated room to a modern, beautiful and functioning bathroom. He’s pays meticulous attention to detail, always speaks to us at the end of everyday to talk about what he has done and also offers suggestions for problems we hadn’t thought of.

He is great at coming up with solutions to problems in a creative and functional way. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Steve put up a garden fence for me. I was very pleased with the service and the fence, it is very sturdy and built to last. He listened to what I needed, advised me on suitable products and anticipated potential problems and how these could be resolved. He involved me in making decisions throughout the process, was efficient, tidy and respectful of my property. I will definitely contact him next time I have work that needs doing.

Steve was very professional from quote to finished works. He made a very run down room look liveable again and we're couldn't be happier with the results. He moved and installed a new radiator, replaced floorboards and added a new skirting board, moved the light fitting and replaced the light switch and decorated the whole room. He was fast, efficient, tidy and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back to do more work or recommend him to other people.

Steve's done a lovely job replacing and refitting new legs to the garage door frame and the same with replacing rotting wood for the garage base plate.Also tidied up parts of side of drive to make it look a bit smarter. Definitely carries my recommendation.Very tidy clean up afterwards.

Steve has just finished a very complicated renovation of our airing cupboard after the immersion heater and tank were removed during new central heating being fitted. Had booked a joiner to do it but he said it was too small a job to break off larger jobs he had.

I gor Steve's number from his daughter who has moved in next door to us and we are extremely pleased with the result. He is on our list for any further work we might need.

Steve & his colleague have just finished our driveway - a brilliant job. He re-used as much as he could in order to keep costs down - the finished job is just what we wanted and looks great. What has impressed me the most is the way Steve & his colleague respected the rest of our property whilst doing this job. I do not think there can be a cleaner or tidier workman in the area. We will definitely be using him again and would recommend him 100%. Just make sure he has his coffee!

This is second time I have used PRS last time for fence and this time for decking. Once again a superb job from Steve and colleague. What we like most is the fact that steve is straight talking and offers solutions to any potential problems he can see. He is perfectionist and takes pride in doing a good job -not many workmen like that these days!. I will definitely be using them again for my next job - inside the house next time!

Steve and his team at PRS replaced our broken 13 panel garden fence last week. We got a thoroughly professional and tidy job from ordering all the materials through to cleaning everything up afterwards. The fence looks superb and is that sturdy it will stand a hurricane. If you are looking for a professional job done efficiently and with care at a reasonable price this is the company to use. Thanks Steve for an excellent job involving removing trees and bushes and fitting 33ft fence on uneven ground. Despite the rain and cold worked non stop and managed to finish day early but was quality work and superb attention to every detail. Steve even fixed some things on my existing fence and gate for free. Site was always clean and tidy and met my requirements to the letter.

I had a delapidated 6 foot timber fence 44 feet long which I wanted removed and replaced by plastic fencing, to avoid the inevitable decay and tiresome maintenance. Steve answered my phone call promptly and was here within half an hour to survey the situation. He called back in the afternoon with a quote and estimated three days to complete the job, He and his mate finished the job in two days, working without pause through heavy downpours, light downpours, and mud, in conditions reminiscent of the trenches in WW1. The new fence was erected to the highest standards of accuracy and looks superb. I would certainly recommend PRS for any work requiring prompt service for work of high quality.

Steve and Ollie did a fantastic job, removing a wall and replacing with a fence, which looks just great

They worked through some terrible weather to get it finished on time. They then cleaned everything leaving it like new.

I would certainly recommend them.

I hope to use them again in the Spring.

just had new vanity unit fitted in our bathroom & new sink unit fitted in kitchen , the sink unit was turned down by another company as they said it was a too bigger job and there would be complications. called property repairs. he came out quoted the price and the work was carried out 4 days later. looks fantastic, very clean and tidy and the bill was even less than quoted as it didn't take as long as expected , steve takes a lot of pride in his work he checks and checks again no rush rush service here , first time & spot on ......highly recommend & will use this company again

Job No 3, this time to create a patio-area, including new fencing perpendicular to that erected Job No 1, laying a concrete base, then flagging and pointing.

All completed to the highest standard, especially the final, whole-day's, high-precision pointing, but that's what separates an adequate job from an excellent one.

On time and on budget, despite some very unfriendly weather.

(Coffee-stocks diminished further, but that's a small price to pay for a good team.)

Cleared acquired land of brambles, nettles and weeds etc. It was a mammoth task but Steve and his colleague worked extremely hard and did it in two days. This would have taken me and my husband many weekends to complete.

They then erected 108 feet of fencing which looks extremely smart. As mentioned by another reviewer Steve uses a spirit level at all times thus achieving a very professional finish.

These guys are very hard working, approachable and friendly.

So glad to have found them as I have no doubt we will use them again in the near future.

Two jobs done so far, both perfect. A very long and sturdy fence, perfectly planned and installed - then a patio-door replacement, including sourcing a great value door-unit at less than half the price of others, and an excellent installation job - neat, tidy, no re-decoration necessary etc.

My experience is that PRS is a 'Ronseal' outfit - it does exactly what it says on the tin. If Steve says he'll be there at 9am, he'll be there at 9am - if he says he'll finish it in the day, then he'll finish it in the day, no matter how long it takes. And the price quoted stays the price.

May not be the cheapest, but pay peanuts and expect monkeys - with PRS you get what you pay for: good quality work, professional standards and friendly, helpful, reliable guys - but just make sure you stock up on coffee.

I moved to the Shipley area less than a year ago, into a house with a long dilapidated fence. I chose PRS to build a new one and have not regretted it. Steve did an excellent job and I agree with all the previous comments about his conscientiousness and standard of workmanship. The fence is on a slope and I was particularly impressed with his painstaking use of a spirit level. This week he came back and fitted new kitchen units, doors and worktop, basically a new kitchen apart from the sink. Once again I am very pleased with the result. It looks great, and I will probably be asking PRS to do some work in the bathroom as well.

Steve has created what was an unused area to the rear of my cottage into the most beautiful seating area, which has been admired by all of my neighbours. I can now display my pots and enjoy looking out on to my new area with pride.

Steve is a very hard working man who has extremely high standards about the work he commits to. His attention to detail is very impressive and I would have no hesitation in asking him to come back to undertake any future work that I may have planned.

we purchaces a new bathroom suite & got steve from prs to fit it, after being let down by several other tradesmen, he turned up an time for quotation, advised us the best way forward & left us un presured , two days later we phone him , booked in the work & we are so glad we did.

The job cost us slightly more than the other quote we had but it was worth it ...... no mess, no fuss & the attention for detail is remarkable.thank you steve for all your hard work & i know who to call for any futher jobs..

This was the second time we have used PRS and as on the first occasion the work was carried out to a high standard. We had two outside doors painted - Steve prepaired the doors well and put on several coats of paint/stain - we are very pleased with the results. We will use PRS again whenever we need work doing - knowing we will get a very good job done

We had a few external jobs - repairing garage guttering, repointing around a window frame and installing a metal gate. I was very pleased with Steve's professional manner when he came to give us a quote - so much so that I didn't search for other quotes. The work was carried out a few days later, and we were extremely happy with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the speed with which Steve and his colleague carried out the work. We would recommend PRS and will definitely use them in the future.

We had our driveway and garden wall rebuilt by Steve at PRS and I can not fault him. His work was to a very high standard, he cleaned up at the end of every day, he also managed to keep costs down by reusing bricks where possible. An excellent service from PRS, i have employed this company numerous times now and the work has included a loft hatch, creating a new room in my garage and most recently a complete rework of my front garden putting up a new fence, clearing out the old ground works and preparing a new wall and ground works for tarmacing. Steve is maticulous and detailled in all the work his does, in preparation, delivery and the clean up after the work is finished. Highly recommended and is first in my phonebook for many other jobs that are still on my to do list.

Found this company through yell.com, checked out the website, read the reviews which helped. They were prompt with the quote, as I had requested a quote for several small jobs to be done together. They explained and kept me informed prior and during the work being done, the work was done to a good standard (they take pride in the work), arrived when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and took the rubbish away.

Would recommend this company and be happy to use them again.

Took a gamble and got PRS's number from the yellow pages, and so glad we did. Their work ethic is brilliant, they worked non stop for 12 hours on Good Friday to make sure they got the job done. Also fantastic quality of workmanship as well as good prices.

They did a mass of pointing at the front of the house, then built a deck, complete with lights at the back of the house, so they can turn their hand to anything and still get first class results.

Would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again

My house was damaged by my negligent neighbour. Their guttering was completely blocked and the water subsequently poured into my corner property, after damaging the render and washing away the pointing. PRS even came out on the only fine day, which was a Saturday, repaired the damage to my outside wall very quickly, and to my delight, the bad weather stayed outside instead of raining in.
